Perfect!

Our five night stay at Le Nichoir was absolutely perfect! The studio was incredibly comfortable, clean, and fit everything we needed for our stay (the bed was very comfortable too). It fits everything in a compact space. All the appliances worked perfectly and we were able to cook our own meals. Check in was very easy and great communication from the host. The location was absolutely perfect - everything to see and do in Rennes was in walking distance, and it was less than 5 minute walk from the station which made day trips around the Bretagne region (ie. Mont Saint Michel, etc.) really easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit! Highly recommend!

Really cute apartment at great value

It was very cute with all the necessary facilities including a coffee machine and a little kitchen and microwave. Very close to the station but also very quiet at night.

Great location for train travelers

Very good location, rather quiet too. It is very small so it’s ideal for a very short stay. Simply decorated, with everything you need. Did not use the stove or microwave but they are there if needed. It’s self check in, the lockbox is easy to find (contrary to some of the reviews here). The owner seems available and happy to help if you need anything.

If you are taller than average, beware of the metal piece on the inclined wall 😉 also, the place seems likely to be hot if you are staying over in summer. Flushing the toilet makes a lot of noise, the door to the toilet is glass

key box location and entry to apartment building could've been clearer if the host sent a specific photo of each beforehand. I had to ask at the bakery next store where the key box was, and they knew only because another renter had asked the same question.

Lock on the exterior door got stuck. Finally managed to open it, but it was a problem that that owner acknowledged needed fixing.

Estudio con lo necesario para pasar una estancia corta. Es ideal para una persona, tal vez hay poco espacio para dos. La cama era cómoda y estaba bien acondicionado para pasar allí la semana. Hay restauración por la zona.

Hay que subir un piso por la escalera. Las llaves se recogen en un punto y al dejarlas a la salida tuve que pedir a la persona que estaba allí apoyada si podía moverse para dejarlas.

Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ha fornito indicazioni precise per l'accesso alla struttura e per la partenza. Camera piccola ma accogliente e completa di tutto. Posizione ottima per visitare la città e per i mezzi di trasporto, sono presenti in zona anche molti ristoranti.

Lo bueno del lugar es que es tranquilo, que no ascensor es más pequeño es lo que tú piensas, pero para un par de noches está bien una cama cómoda todo muy limpio

La encimera donde está el microondas es peligrosa, no puedes lavar bien los platos escogieron un lugar muy incómodo para colocarlo, falta un poco de cubiertos como cuchillos. De resto todo está bien No hay extractor cuando cocinas el Apartamento queda con un olor

Un havre de paix idéalement situé

Logement idéal pour un déplacement professionnel. Calme olympien, propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, localisation proche de la gare, hote disponible et conciliant... Je recommande sans réserve.

Poubelle trop petite pour un séjour de plus de deux nuitées, pas de sac supplémentaire disponible quand le premier est plein.
