A lokáció, a környék hangulata, a lakás kialakítása. Napközben kicsit hangosabb, de a szomszédok kedvesek. Éjszaka csend van.
Egyetlen hibát tudok említeni, azt hogy a lakás melegvízellátását egyetlen 20 literes bojler látja el, ami egyértelműen kevés. Gyors mosogatás, majd fél óra szünet, míg felmelegszik. Aztán jöhet a gyors tusolás egy embernek. Fél óra szünet. Újra tusolás a másik félnek. Ha hosszú hajú, akkor esélytelen a hajmosás egy adag melegvízzel. Nyári forróságban nem akkora probléma, de hűvösebb tavaszi napokon az. Nagyobb bojlerrel 10 pont lenne a szállás. 😀
