Riad Jalina

Das Riad Jalina war zauberhaft, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Besonders zuvorkommen war das Personal. Alle waren so bemüht und hilfsbereit. Empfehlen kann ich zudem das Angebot der Massage, Aktivitäten und Abendessen anzunehmen.

Magical. Amazingly attentive staff. Tucked away. A little spot of paradise for families or couples.

L’établissement est super, extrêmement propre et surtout dans une rue très calme en plein cœur de la Médina. Les espaces sont conviviaux, le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est très gourmand, préparé sur place et délicieux - ils ont pris en compte mon intolérance au gluten. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous recommandons le Riad Jalina les yeux fermés.

The riad was at a perfect location. Into the Medina and close to everything we wanted to see. WiFi was pretty good, the staff was in general very polite and the decor was also nice. Cleaning was fine as well

We were a family of 4. During the breakfast the staff offered food for the 3 of us and when we asked why every part of the breakfast was for 3 people, they answered that the 1 year old baby boy was free so they don’t make breakfast for him. We found this extremely impolite because a member of the family did not have anything to eat which was unbelievable. The staff actually stated that babies are free of charge so they couldn’t even make something for him, at that moment. Of course we shared our food but we found this very strange, impolite and unbelievable. Also, transfers from the airport and back cost around 7-10€ and the staff charged us 20€ for a single ride from the airport to the riad, and only after that we found out the actual prices as well as the daily excursion to Agafay desert costed way more than we found it later in other places. Even though we were willing to pay everything on time, we found these things disrespectful and I wouldn’t recommend this riad again
