Riad Diamond Of Marrakech & Spa

the Riad was very comfortable and cosy the breakfast was good the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Yousra and Nissrin, who were very nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

This riad is so convenient to Jemaa El-Fnaa but as it's not directly on the square it is very quiet and tranquil - the best of both worlds. Our room was comfortable and kept very clean. The facilities are good, in particular the lift as we needed an accessible room (on the ground floor) but could use the lift to get to the top floor where breakfast is served. However the lift doesn't access every level - there is a roof terrace above where breakfast is served which is accessed by stairs. If you have an mobility access requirement, make sure to flag to the staff so your needs can be accommodated. The breakfast is excellent. There is something different served each day and it was very difficult to decide which was our favourite. The staff were so accommodating for our requests. They are also knowledgeable about the local area and can help advise you.

We had the most relaxing and joyful experience staying at the Riad Diamond. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the beautiful room to the delicious food at the restaurant to the amazing spa treatment. Every step of the way the attention to detail was flawless. And the location was ideal to access the souks and the square.

Good location. Some staff were friendly.

The other guests were noisy during the night when they arrived in and our room was located on the ground floor right next to the communal area.
