The location couldn't be better. Please note that the keys are to be handed over in the centre of Grado but it wasn't a problem, you are provided with the information. The place is spatious and very close to the beach. Also there are restaurants and shops nearby. Great place for vacation.

There place is stripped of towels, bed linen (none!) rugs, there's even no floor-mat in the bathroom. No oil, coffee, salt, pepper - as it usually can be expected. So you have to bring it with you. Also in the bedroom the "big bed" is actually 2 beds, 2 different matressess and there was a problem with one of these beds. Overall for this price can be expected more.

Die Lage war exzellent - Sowohl der öffentliche Strand, als auch der Familienstrand (G.I.T. Strand Ingresso 7) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Spar) ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad leicht erreichbar. In die Stadt geht man etwas länger, allerdings ist der Weg sehr einfach - immer nur geradeaus. Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Außenwaschbecken, WLAN vorhanden.

Man hört die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen durch das kleine Zimmer/Bad und Küche. Allerdings hatten wir Glück und niemand war unverhältnismäßig laut. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, hätte aber besser sein können. Die Möbel und Kastengriffe waren klebrig. Die Betten waren eher simpel und von schlechter Qualität. Bettzeug und Handtücher sind gegen Aufpreis zu mieten (dafür kann man sie in der hochwertigen Waschmaschine im Apartment waschen). Seife, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspülmittel, etc. sind selbst zu besorgen. Dennoch ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
