Fantastic location, beautifully presented, comfortable, spacious.

No access to the rear, so after parking a short stroll required, tricky with cases, bags etc Even though we opened all the windows, and had use of the fan, it was quite warm in there but it was August. The road is busy during the night too x

This is our second stay here - loved it and will return again!

Very clean, comfortable and stylish apartment. Nice little touches, such as toiletries in the bathroom, little biscuits/coffee sachets and Welsh fridge magnets left - very thoughtful and lovely momentos for us!

Not the fault of the host but noise from the street on our first evening (heard some loud banging) but the second evening was fine, very quiet.

Clean property, nice and helpful host, the flat is near some amazing vintage and charity shops, grocery store is also in walking distance.

This isn’t the host’s mistake, but the sound from the busy street kept waking us up at night. Don’t really know what can be done to help it

Lovely flat in the heart of Lampeter

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Access was easy. Good parking. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean. Nice little touches, such as toiletries in the bathroom and a gift of fridge magnets. Very thoughtful! It was perfect for us.

Could have used a bread knife! 😅 Floor was sticky with adhesive at a join, which I kept finding with my socks. Not a big deal though.

Excellent property in a very central location

Extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The property is on the main street but was still very quiet and the blackout curtains made for a really good night’s sleep

Absolute Gem

Gem of a place. We were there for a family wedding nearby. Very clean and comfortable with some nice touches. Good information on check in and parking. Would definitely stay there again. Lampeter has some nice places to eat and is a short walk to some stunning countryside

Parking is around the back of the property, but very safe. Had to unload baggage at the front. Don't let this put you off though

All very convenient, clean and comfortable. Most grateful that the owner let us in early as we were getting ready for a wedding.

A lovely stay in a stylish and well appointed apartment in a fab town close to amenities.

Hosts gave clear instructions Flat clean, tidy and well designed. Washing machine helpful Enough crockery and cutlery with storage in the kitchen for food and drinks. Bedrooms were a good size with large Tv in lounge Magnets a lovely touch!

It would be even better if more seating or small bistro table was included so that we could eat together. Only two stools at the breakfast bar. Boiler was a bit loud at times.

The property was very clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything you needed and with some lovely touches. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. There was parking at the back of the property which was handy as at the front of the property you were limited to 2 hours.

Lovely apartment.

A lovely, clean, tastefully decorated apartment. Nice little touches with the extra toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and a lovely keepsake to take home with us. The owner was very helpful in providing maps and instructions to gain entry and park. Thank you!

The staff were amazing left us a little present for us to remember our stay was absolutely gorgeous and clean really quiet was great for us as we had a baby with us staff were really helpful the facilities were great

an excellent base for exploring some beautiful parts of Wales

we liked the information given before and during our stay, the location, the cleanliness and the thought put in to presentation

just a few tweaks would make it excellent - more facilities for hanging clothes e.g. on the back of the bathroom door, making sure the tv and wifi were working
