O apartamento atendia as minhas necessidades em termos !

Eu reclamei com o booking , e eles não fizeram nada ! O apartamento precisa de alguns reparos . Quase fiquei trancado porque a fechadura precisa ser trocada , a descarga do banheiro está quebrada , e a cortina do quarto estava entrando luz ! Quando solicitei uma nova cortina , eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada pois não tinham outra ! Achei uma falta de respeito comigo enquanto hospede ! Eu fui embora antes e solicitei para eles uma diária devido a esses problemas que tive, me foi respondido que eu não procurei eles para reclamar ! Devem estar loucos , pois tenho as conversas aqui !

Not so clean as expected

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the perfect location — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The view from the window was absolutely stunning! Everything matched the description, and there were no issues at all. Thank you for a great experience!

The view was nice, also the location and contact with the owner- the instructions were understandable and key collection easy. The invoice was sent immediately after check out

Not much attention to keep it clean. There were many corners with dust and hair, the sofa had a lot stains and wasn’t sure if the sheets were washed properly…
