Elysian Sea-View Chania

We absolutely loved our stay at Elysian Sea View! From the start, communication with the host was excellent, super responsive both on Booking and later on WhatsApp. When we arrived, the owner welcomed us personally and had even prepared a basket with local wine, fresh fruit, and a brioche. It really reminded me of the early days of Booking/Airbnb, when it still felt like staying with people who genuinely care. The house itself is modern, comfortable, and spotless; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully functional kitchen. Since we stayed a week, we made good use of both the dishwasher and washing machine, and everything worked perfectly. And also the gym! The best part, though, was the garden and the view… just amazing! I think the fact that the owners live upstairs (though the house itself is completely private and independent) makes a big difference. You can tell they really care, and if you need anything, they’re right there to help. When we checked out, they even gave us a little gift of local olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Elysian Sea View!

The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a drive to downtown Chania, but honestly, it’s totally worth it for the peaceful setting and incredible view.

Rare example of famous Greek hospitality, when everything is done to make guests comfortable! Perfect location - 5 minutes to Loutraki by car, fantastic sea view from big terrace, everything is modern, clean and comfortable, including beds and pillows, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere around, nice and friendly hosts met us with a pie and fruits.

Beautiful house with a stunning view, stylish and very clean. The hosts were kind and generous. Great parking space and perfect location — close to amazing beaches like Marathi. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
