The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on foot from the railway station of Lucca, and at the same time, incredibly close to all the restaurants and the town's historical attractions. We enjoyed our stay in a historical building near the battistery that gives an absolutely magical atmosphere to a stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, which is great. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish, and all the appliances worked flawlessly. There was a moka coffee maker as well! The kitchen is spacious and nicely furnished, it has all the necessary things for cooking and eating, including wine glasses for a romantic evening. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The check-in is simple and very well explained by the host; there were absolutely no problems with checking in and out.

We travelled in part for a vacation (the Lucca music festival) and in part for work. Our trip coincided with the heatwave in Europe, and it was very hot outside. The apartment does not have an air conditioner, only a ventilator, so it was pretty warm inside during the day and night, too. Due to the heat during the daytime, we stayed and worked remotely in the apartment until evening on most of the days. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not that good, and we had a constant struggle connecting to it, working or playing music. We have contacted the support via the Booking app and by phone; they were eager to help and polite, but, unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, and we had to relocate to a co-working space on the last day of our stay.

Il B&B è molto carino, con ambienti curati e in una zona tranquilla. La struttura ha un buon potenziale e nel complesso è risultata ordinata e piacevole per un breve soggiorno.

Solo due set doccia per tre giorni, nessun appoggio per asciugamani e manca una porta valigia. La luce della scala esterna era bruciata, quindi poca visibilità la sera. Abbiamo avuto un guasto alla caldaia, poi risolto ma senza alcuna comunicazione da parte della struttura. Pulizia basica e, data la presenza di molte zanzare, sarebbe utile fornire un diffusore o una protezione antizanzare.
