Gemütliche Stadtwohnung nahe des Harkortsees

Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es war prinzipiell alles sauber und ordentlich.

Der Eingangsbereich/Hausflur vor der Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch in der Wohnung ist das Alter schon an einigen Stellen und der Einrichtung zu erkennen.

Der Parkplatz befand sich direkt unter dem Treppenhaus und das Apartment war gut ausgestattet.

Im Fernsehen gab es nur ARD und ZDF.

let op, badkamer alleen begaanbaar via slaapkamer. Er was geen beddengoed voor de slaapbank klaargelegd.

The apartment is on the third floor (attic) with no lift. This needs to be clearly stated in the apartment description. We arrived late in the evening when it was dark, and since my wife had a knee injury, climbing nearly 60 stairs with all our luggage was very difficult—not the best start to our stay. The stairwell lights were also inconvenient, as they switched off automatically every 30 seconds, and the buttons were hard to find. Eventually, I had to guide my wife upstairs using my phone torch. The apartment itself is rather small. The sofa bed would benefit from clearer instructions on how to open and fold it properly. It would also be helpful to guide foreign visitors on recycling—specifically, where each type of trash should go. Finally, there was some confusion regarding the check-out time. A poster in the apartment mentioned 11:00, but later communications indicated 10:00, which was unclear.
