A localização é otima, muito perto da praia e outros serviços. O apartamento estava bastante limpo e possui a cozinha totalmente equipada.

Os cortinados não são totalmente opacos, o que perturba os descanço, principalmente quem tem crianças pois passa imensa luz durante a noite.

Location! I was here for Afronation and was walking distance to the festival, beaches, and the main strip full of restaurants, shopping, and markets. I can't fault the apartment, It was immaculate, super clean, and beautifully designed. As a last-minute solo traveller, the building was very secure, and I felt safe as a solo female.

The check-in process really needs attention. The lack of communication or no communication at all is very unprofessional. I had arranged to meet at a certain time with the agent to get the keys. After waiting in the lobby for a while, there was still no communication, and I was there well after check-in time and the time we agreed on. I then called the number on booking.com to no answer but received a phone call back about 15 minutes later to a woman who seemed to have forgotten about me with no apology or urgency. Then proceeded to tell me she would send the check-in details now!? I flew in from Spain, was extremely dehydrated, hot, and hungry by this time but couldn't go anywhere in case the agent came. If I were supposed to get my own keys, the check-in details should have been sent earlier! Or adleast by the arrival time we agreed on. I ended up waiting for 2 hours in total after check-in time and was extremely frustrated by the time I got into the apartment. Also, paying almost $5000 for an apartment that doesn't include toilet paper, soap, tea/coffee, laundry supplies, or bin liners? It's ridiculous and not worth the money. And unheard of! You're pretty much paying for the location. This should be put in the listing details so travellers are aware! Also, there was no communication throughout the whole stay, even on the last day, no check out instructions nothing so I had to figure that out myself and I still haven't received a reply and that was 1 week ago now! Lol Nice apartment but needs better management. Other reviews seem to have had the same issues.

A decoração do apartamento é extremamente confortável, ideal para quem viagem em trabalho e quer ter a sensação do conforto de estar em casa ou regressar a casa no final do dia. O apartamento tem uma cozinha muito bem equipada, o WC é grande e tinha várias toalhas, a limpeza das zonas comuns do edifício era exímia.

O Ruído que se fazia sentir na rua nas noites de fim de semana. Havia também um pequeno ruído no quarto durante a noite, creio que seria da caldeira que estava na varanda, cuja parede era contígua com a do quarto. O ruído não era alto mas como estava acompanhado de uma pequena vibração, para os mais sensíveis pode ser incomodativo. Mas nada que não se possa tolerar.

This Apartment unit offers all the amenities of a hotel without reception and looks fairly new. The unit is very comfortable, parking is underground and there are many eateries at walking distance. The units could be better prepared for guest's arrivals. We had to wait to get the beds made, towels set up, TV and Wi-Fi boxes. But everything gets taken care of pretty fast. Elena was accommodating and helped us with our requests. We recommend this property and would rent it again.

It's a high rise and the main elevator is small. It can take a while to get to you and it might be full. There are no garbage bins in the building meaning you carry your garbage outside to public bins.
