The apartment
The balcony facing the beach and the proximity to the beach are the great advantage of this stay. Includes Air Conditioning for your total comfort on hot summer days and cooler winter nights.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed for comfortable sleep and a large wardrobe so you can dispose of and organize your belongings with space. It has smart TV in the bedroom and access to one of the balconies. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds, plus a wardrobe and access to a second balcony.
The living room is very large and quite bright, with large windows with access to the main balcony overlooking the beach. It has two sofas (one sofa-bed9 for the comfort of the whole family. The smart TV is 65'.! The main balcony with beach view is. equipped with outdoor furniture for pleasant gatherings and meals with family or friends. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. NOTE: The shower space is a bit narrow
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your needs.
The residents have the right of exclusive use of a parking space in the garage of the building, WIFI and cable TV
During your stay, you no longer need to drive your car or other public transport because you have everything you need around you.
The apartment is located on the main avenue of cosmopolitan Praia da Rocha with restaurants of different cuisines, bars, casino, delicious artisanal ice cream parlors, hairdresser and other shops. In the building itself there is a supermarket, ATM and restaurants around. The beach is right in front.
Access to the building does not have stairs, because the entrance is right on the main avenue of Praia. It has 2 lifts (6 and 8 people) to access apartment floors and garages.

Highly, highly recommend!We stayed here as a family and honestly, this place exceeded every expectation we had. Being on the 9th floor right in front of the ocean is something really special. Morning coffee on the balcony and sunset in the evening became our favorite moments.The apartment itself is even better than the photos. It’s bright, beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing (we all slept so well!), and having two full bathrooms made everything so easy for our family.The kitchen was very well equipped, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras — you can truly feel the care put into making guests feel welcome.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach — and having private parking was a huge plus.We’ve stayed in many places, but this one truly stands out. It felt like a home, but better. We left already talking about coming back.Thank you so much for making our stay so special.

Very clean unit with all necessary amenities. Private underground secure parking. Very comfortable bedding and furniture. Would certainly consider coming back. Although having a car is handy, it really isn't necessary since there is a small market in the building along with numerous high quality eateries in walking distance. The beach and boardwalk was just across the street.

The view was amazing! The location excellant, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, ice cream , the beach. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets, as there are two outdoor areas that we made use of daily!The owners were quick to reply to all our questions, and gave us recomendations for places to eat, as well as supermarket info, as we were there for three weeks. Anyone renting this place will not be disappointed.

Excellent location near the beach. Exactly as shown in the listing. The host responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great base near the beach in the Algarve.
