It was well situated

The air conditioning was ineffective and only cooled a very limited area There was no air conditioning in the bedroom There are no local refuse facilities but the owners asked that we take the rubbish to a refuse area some distance walk We are older people so we were unable to comply The owners asks for 10 euros per hour for early entrance to the accommodation and late exits These requirements should be explained in advance of booking The accommodation is expensive so we felt this was not reasonable

It’s brilliantly located in the heart of the Little Venice area. Everything is nearby including great restaurants (esp. recommend the fine dining tasting menu “Que Tal” and “I <3 Mogán”) and a small supermarket within 100 yards that has fresh bread every morning and is well stocked, if a bit pricey. Also the bus station that takes you all over the island is only five minutes. The flat itself is very comfortable for two and exceptionally well equipped with lots of crookery and anything in the kitchen you need. Nice touches like dishwasher and WM tabs and cling film or kitchen roll and the like all provided - always a pain when having to buy in small amounts. The bed is super comfortable. For once, plenty of coat hangers! Hurrah! Also just to note that there is a nespresso machine, kettle and toaster and sufficient towels, incl for beach. Everything was clean. The patio is well equipped (sunbeds, table, chairs), quiet and with nice courtyard views although overlooked by other flats’ patios.

10am checkout pretty early and offered to pay €10 an hour for later checkout which seemed a lot.

Super lokatie

The location was amazing, very quiet and beautiful.

Some of the gadgets were a little dated.
