Firalia Suites

This property is very close to the main attractions - town center etc, and has gorgeous views from its terrace. The suite was spacious and very well maintained. The sunset from the terrace is great. Breakfast was catered every morning, based on your preference of choices as well as time. The staff was extremely helpful - from the porter who helped us with our bags to our cleaning staff who kept the suite spotless. Special kudos to Christina to make our stay excellent. To the point where she helped me take my son to the doctor for a minor medical emergency.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Christina was very helpful with getting porter to help with luggage and taxi.

It was a beautiful place with a great location and an overall pleasant stay! The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Fira. The only downsides were a few issues with the amenities. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly throughout the apartment, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at night. For us, it was more of a one-night stop in Fira before heading to a longer hotel stay, so it was perfect for that purpose. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night, but for a quick stay, the location and staff make it a great option!
