Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very clean with all the amenities you would need including robes and slippers. The free breakfast in the morning was a very nice touch with smoked salmon, sliced meats, assorted breads, muffins and croissants. Also cereal and fresh fruit. The 24 hour coffee at the front desk was also nice. Not to be over looked are the staff. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful. Little mention to Cecilia for our anniversary gift. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room fantastic amenities and wonderful staff. We loved everything from the complimentary specialty coffees and breakfast to the knowledgeable and helpful staff. The room was perfect. We accidentally went to the sister property, also in old town Montreal, by mistake. We must admit we’d liked that location slightly better but had absolutely zero complaints about our stay and many reasons to recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. The room as a nice size and the bathroom was great with a fabulous shower. Excellent location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The free all day fresh made coffee in the lobby, including cappuccino and lattes, was a nice touch. The light breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay again.
