A wonderful position, easy to access all surrounding eateries and activities .

Plenty of space, beds to sleep on. The spa was nice.
We couldn't find instructions on using air conditioning. The room with two beds was too hot. All room got hot quickly even when settings were on 18°c. Had to turn off air-conditioner over night which made it cold during the night. Need instructions to alter the settings.

If was very comfortable and backed on to a lovely quiet bushland. The house was roomy and an attractive layout.
No negatives
