3 Bedroom Semi Detached Villa with Stunning Views!

A nice place to stay but I haven’t given it a high rating for reasons which will be apparent if you read on. It’s a pity our stay was marred by some silly details that would have been so easy to resolve rather than doing nothing.  - The view is definitely beautiful. Nice location, tranquil and peaceful. - Clean, modern and fairly well equipped. - Very nice terrace off living area. - Very comfortable beds. - Nice touch to have a botte of water and wine in the fridge on arrival. - The lady who checked is in was very kind and helpful.

- Communication good until we arrived. After check in less good and not always offering a resolution; and some issues not responded to. Some responses slow, no responses at the weekend. - Quite tricky to find the house on arrival. - Upstairs bathroom a little past its prime; some loose floor tiles and regularly smelly as though there might be a drainage issue. - WiFi on lower floor slow, patchy and unreliable, or simply didn’t work. Wasn’t able to stream TV on my iPad. Agent didn’t respond to enquiry. - No wardrobe (just a cupboard) in downstairs master bedroom, therefore nowhere to hang clothes. - Lovely big bath in downstairs master en suite but only a hand held shower - therefore challenging to take a shower comfortably and impossible not to get the floor wet. - Pool status bizarre. Pool area locked but listing said open all year. Agent maintained it was forbidden to swim and despite asking never provided any evidence to back up what he said. - We were only given one house key and one electronic fob to open the gates of the compound, and no key to pedestrian gate. We requested spares and were told there were none. We were unable to go out separately! - Owner left his car in car parking space. My 91 year father has severe mobility issues. Agent did nothing. - Felt agent was a fairly un-client focused and unhelpful regarding keys or car - not empathetic to our needs, it was all about their own convenience. NB: Please note regarding agent response after posting review - no solutions were offered for keys or car park and some requests not replied to.
