WE CANNES ! Cosy 2-bedroom apartment with terrace Cannes Center

The apartment fully matched the photos and description. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Palais des Festivals, and only 3 minutes to the main train station, with easy access to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, and other cities along the French Riviera. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Special thanks to Mikael for his outstanding hospitality — he arranged both check-in and check-out at times that were convenient for us and was always quick to respond with care and attention. There’s also a secure garage for your car, so you won’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommended!

Super friendly host, very helpful and responds quickly. Great location, specially if to travel because of the film festival, apartment is 10min walking distance from Palais des Festival.

The apartment is just like in the photos, modern, well equipped and super clean. You will be provided with everything you need including towels, detergent etc. There is air conditioning in all three rooms and the apartment has a large balcony with a table and chairs. The beds were nice and comfortable. If you're travelling by car, it is super convenient that the apartment has a garage which is very secure. The location is also excellent, it's much closer to the main beach in reality than it seems on Google maps, around 5 minutes on foot. It's right in the center of Cannes, close to the festival building and old town. I would also add that the host Michael is very kind and was helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Cannes, it's definitely worth the price, and we would gladly stay there again.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien pour tout faire à pied dans cannes. La place de parking avec l'appartement est indispensable car aucune place disponible dans la rue durant notre séjour. Mickael, du service de conciergerie, est très aimable, très disponible et très arrangeant.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de verser la caution de 500 euros via un lien externe à booking. L'annonce m'a parue trompeuse car il est indiqué 2 chambres pour 4 adultes 0 enfant. Etant venus à 2 couples, nous avions réservé cet appartement pour les 2 chambres indépendantes. Nous avons été surpris de voir qu'il il y avait une chambre avec un lit 2 places mais l'autre chambre n'a qu'un petit lit une place, l'autre lit 2 places présenté sur les photos étant le canapé convertible. Je trouve ça trompeur. Vue la configuration, il s'agit donc d'un appartement pour 3 personnes, 1 couple et 1 enfant car ce n'est pas agréable de devoir dormir dans le salon, d'être obligé de se lever tous à la même heure et de devoir replier le canapé tous les jours pour pouvoir disposer du salon.
