Lahania by the Sea - JJ Place

Lahania by the sea was a lovely place to stay in Clifton Beach. Very clean, tidy, comfortable and well-equipped with TV and small fridge in the room. The room has a nice view and is in an upstairs wing of a larger home, this was not a problem for us. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is superb - huge pool and pretty surroundings with plenty of shade if needed. Short walk to some nice cafés and restaurants. We did not have a car, but enjoyed longer walks to the supermarket and to Palm Cove and back.

I didn't realize how far away this place is from Cairns. I had to Uber back and forth and it got quite expensive.

Superb location in gated community with direct beach access and great community pool and gardens. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. I liked the fact the owners were onsite and felt safe as a solo traveler. Your privacy is well respected. Great communication and very accommodating hosts.

There wasn’t anything i didn’t like but a hairdryer would have been a bonus.

It was too small &, you had to enter through the People’s home to get to your accomodation!!
