The Location is really good. Excellent Sea View. Good sized pool.
The apartment was not cleaned properly. We have found cockroach are roaming here and there, seems there was no pesticide for a long time. found other dead insects. underneath the bed floor was extremely dusty (Sea Side apartment could be little bit dusty, but this one was extremely dusty.) Parking is very narrow.

Beautiful view, as described and very spacious for a family of 5
Oven was rattling and took awhile to cook.
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The property has the skeleton of being fantastic, but everything has deteriorated. In need of some work inside and out.
Cleanliness and multiple maintenance concerns, that in general wouldn’t take a lot effort nor time to improve the experience. Examples are broken doors, and mould throughout bathrooms.
