It is a very beautiful hotel, very calming and serene. The design is everything, it feels luxurious

The food prices are a bit high for the portioning

The villa was incredible. The service was extraordinary from the ladies at the front desk to the restaurant staff. My family and I had an amazing time

To be honest, the place is very beautiful. But some points unfortunately disappointed us, for a night at ~30k MXP… - The sink/tap in our room was not working properly. When I turn it on, the water splashes everywhere and it stained my clothes. I needed to come to you to get it fix by the maintenance staff - The swimming pool is very dirty, with lots of things floating in the water. We couldn’t enjoy it :/ we ask someone from the staff, she replies she’ll come back (but never came) - Someone from the staff entered our room around 10 pm while my wife was in the bathroom, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. That is unacceptable. We don’t enter in a private room like that. - None of the electrical socket are functioning normally - Issue with the shower : we had hot water for 2–3 minutes and then nothing… and the shower tray is clogged, leaving stagnant water. The manager was very nice and offered us breakfast as a compensation, but it doesn’t left us with a positive perception..
