This was our 2 year using this house, it fits our needs. The manager Connor was fabulous, I texted him and he responded and handled everything like professional. Its a pleasure working with him.

The condo met our needs as a family very well. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 11, The downstairs living room was an added bonus for game nights and a quiet space for the littles. It was very well maintained, and our contact Connor answered all our questions in a timely manner.

This was out first stay at this condo. The overall look of the condo is a bit shabby. It was very musty when we arrived. The carpets on the main level are very stained and look terrible and the rest of the carpets look very old and dirty, as well. The walls and windows need to have holes and blemishes repaired. The kitchen was okay. Some of the cabinets are old and we had to repair a couple of cabinet handles. When you open the freezer, water drips onto the floor. Most of the bedroom and bathroom doors do not latch shut, so even if you lock them (for those that had working locks) they can just be opened or will open on their own. A serious privacy issue. The king bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with another queen bedroom. The bedroom door does not properly close. There is also an interior window in the king bedroom that overlooks the living room, so there is another privacy issue. There is no shade on this window, so if you are trying to sleep and the lights are on in the living room it is bright in the bedroom. One side of the bed has a large dresser that blocks the electrical outlet (if you need to charge a device).The heat is electric and there are thermostats in each room. There is a free standing air-conditioner in the dining room and the king bedroom. As they are vented out of the windows and the windows are vertical opening, the windows do not close entirely. The living room has a ceiling fan/light that does not work.There were several lamps with non-working bulbs, or maybe the lamps were broken. The comforters on the beds are not laundered between renters. None of the bedrooms have TVs (for those that would prefer that).We were going to grill one night, but the grill tank was pretty much empty and the grill itself is very small. We were definitely disappointed in this condo and would not rent it again.
