Located 150 m from the famous beach of the Mine d'Or (classified site), Residence La Falaise (Bat A), this studio is composed of an entrance, a living room (sofa, table + 3 chairs, foldable bed 140 + a bed 90 mezzanine), a kitchen area (electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils), bathroom with toilet. Enclosed garden with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and barbecue.
The cleaning must be carried out by the tenant when he leaves.
Weekly rental only:
- 350€/week: May / September.
- 400€/week: July.
- Deposit of 200 euros required.
Activities: swimming, fishing on foot, many walks along the coastal paths from the apartment.
You have 2 markets a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, 200 meters away, a nautical center offers swimming lessons, sailing, optimist, catamaran and windsurfing for adults and children.
