Nous avons trouvé l’appartement très propre lumineux Il ne manquait rien pour faire la cuisine et un plus c’était les grandes marées sa nous a beaucoup plus nous avons fait des belles promenades au bord de mer je reviendrai sûrement car je me suis bien plus la location je la conseillerais à des proches nous avons eu pas trop de mauvais temps on a bien profité Bernard le 24 octobre 2020

Situation idéale et appartement très fonctionnel

L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme. La route est à traverser et l'on est sur la plage, c'est très pratique. La vue sur la terrasse est imprenable ...sur la mer... L'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire. Le box-garage de la résidence est bienvenu pour du matériel nautique ou pour ranger les vélos. Pour la voiture on peut la garer facilement devant la résidence. Les commerces de DAMGAN sont à 15-20 mn à pied ou 5-7 mn en vélo. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables permettent de se promener agréablement dans les environs. Nous reviendrons.

Kleines sehr sauberes und zweckmäßiges Appartement mit 2 hübschen Schlafzimmern. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer vorhanden. Eigene Garage für das Auto. Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand !( nur über die kleine Straße und über die Düne - schon ist man an einem langen, nicht überfüllten Strand.) Ruhiges Haus und ruhiger Urlaubsort !

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Damgan. L appartement est bien situé et bien équipé. La vue est superbe. La résidence est calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Mme de la Bouvrie est très reactive et répond toujours à nos mails. Merci à vous.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et propre, face à la mer au 2ème étage. 1 box pour la voiture + parking dans la résidence. Idéal pour être au calme car un peu éloigné du centre de Damgan. Accès direct à la plage.

tres bon sejour, dans ce petit 3 pieces face a la plage, ideal avec un ou deux enfants tout conforme,v bien amenagé juste 1 point a savoir et 1 ou deux a ameliorer a mon sens il n'a pas de place dans le parking en plein air de la residence mais un box, juste que la pas de pb mais attention prevoir uniquement une petite voiture pour rentrer dedans (ceci dit je me suis garer devant la residence toute la semaine sans pb) le vrai point a ameliorer est le sommier de la chambre lit double, ce serait vraiment un plus d'avoir un vrai sommier double de meilleur qualité, sinon tout le reste etait top je prefererai egalement payer un peu plus et avoir le wifi mlais je recommande tout de meme cette loc et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
