House was very nice had everything we wanted as a group. Close enough to walk to the strip. We enjoyed the back yard.

The backyard is an incredible oasis of its own!!! The house is located just a few blocks from the strip!!! We were able to walk everywhere!! I would 100% recommend this house to ANYONE looking to have a great getaway with your friends and/or family!!!!

Very clean and neat. Fire pit/oven was awesome. Grill is a charcoal grill so plan ahead. Would highly recommend!!

Niko and Rina were very nice hosts but the property was in desperate need of many things. Most important, the master bath shower barely drains and is filled with water in 30 sec.The other bathroom fan switch sparked and smoked when we flipped it once so we stopped using it. There is almost no kitchen utensils or dish cloths. We left a can opener there. Not enough silverware, glasses or dishes. The sliding door needs replaced immediately. Some people could barely move it to open and the outside steps to the door are weak and move so its dangerous trying to pull it open. The lawn you need to walk through to get to the front door hasn't been cut in about a month and the weeds all around the fence are very high. The outside brick oven/fireplace is gorgeous
