Great property quiet clean comfortable with all the amenities of home. Great location to downtown. Were in town for a wedding having three bathrooms made getting ready easy!

Ideal location. 10 minutes or less to our friends in Encinitas. Also about 10 minutes to Vons, Sprouts etc. easy grocery shopping. We used the link for food stocking, just essentials like milk and coffee and a few breakfast items. Accurate order, and things put away intuitively. It was there on arrival The unit was exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and among, if not the best stocked with essentials of any Premier Host I have used. Cleaning was great, linens and beds comfy, plenty of dinner and glassware, etc etc. and finally, communication was almost immediate and with answers in fullStay here, you’ll be glad you did.

This is great house to explore Encinitas. We stayed with 2 kids. House was very clean, well appointed, lots of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, full kitchen, lots of fans ect. Property manager very responsive. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Encinitas! This house was really nice and clean with a great yard, grill and patio! The kitchen had everything we needed too. It was about a 10 minute drive to Moonlight Beach and in a quiet neighborhood.
