Between Cinque Terre and Portofino, at the edge of the ancient village of Velva, this country house offers all the charm and nature of Liguria with fantastic sea views.
Very comfortable, recently completely restored by the owner who is an established architect, the property comprises a large, 4 bedroom house, a terraced garden and a pool with a sun deck.
The living area, located on the ground floor, opens to a large terrace and comprises the open kitchen, the dining room the sitting room and the service bathroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms a full bathroom and a terrace, the third floor comprises the other two bedrooms, a studio overlooking a spectacular terrace and the second bathroom.
The laundry room and an additional bathroom and shower are located under the first floor terrace.
It is a ideal spot to visit the Cinque Terre and the Portofino gulf, Portovenere and the cities and beaches of southern Liguria and northern Tuscany.
You can ride the mountain bike in the surrounding woods, plenty of walk paths available in the aera.
The closest beaches are in Moneglia, Sestri Levante and Riva.
You can also simply relax by the pool, and watch the sundown over the sea on the pool deck...
The nearest airports are Genoa and Pisa and the closest train station is in Sestri Levante.
There is a regular bus service from and to Velva from the Sestri Levante train station.
