About this apartment rental

Charming one bedroom apartment within walking distance of the sea (no major street to cross). The flat is located between Koksijde and St-Idesbald, on the Residence Koksijde Promenade in the dunes. Tram stop nearby. Ideal to move around during your stay. You can find the plan of the apartment in the photos. This comfortable and neat apartment consists of a hall with a sleeping alcove, a living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and furnished sunny corner balcony overlooking the garden, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, no pets allowed, no smoking, parking space included. Attention: underground parking for small cars and good drivers! Note: There is a discount of 10% instituted due to ongoing construction work that involves noise pollution and may affect the peace and quiet of the area.
