About this house rental
Welcome to our home. Just a few steps away from 1,600 acres of beautiful Manistee National Forest and a short 1 minute walk to all sports Pettibone Lake. This sandy bottom lake features a public boat launch, sand bar, swimming, great fishing, kayaking, and boating.
Manistee National Forest is popular for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and hunting.
The warm and inviting home is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the city and enjoy the great outdoors. The open concept living room and kitchen space offers a fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. Can’t forget about the coffee bar! We offer a dedicated work space with high speed internet with WIFI. Each of the two bedrooms and living room are equipped with a Roku TV which allows you stream your favorite shows.
Outdoor Space: Pettibone Place has a deck equipped with an outdoor dining area, gas BBQ grill, utensils and spices to grill your favorite meals! We also include cornhole boards/bags to toss around on those beautiful summer days. You'll also find 2 kayaks and a dolly for easy transport to Pettibone Lake! (2 lifejackets included). To close out the evening, relax at the campfire and roast some S'mores!
Our property is set on a double lot for easy parking and plenty of recreational space!
The perfect spot to explore West Michigan or to simply relax in front of a fire. With our included amenities this may be the perfect getaway for you.
Notable items:
There are three exterior cameras on the property. One facing the front of the home, one facing the rear of the home and a doorbell camera. Records audio and visual. These are for us to ensure the cleaners and handymen prepare the property for your stay.
Singed Rental Agreement is also required within 48 hours of booking to hold your dates
There are neighbors on both sides of the home but we installed a new privacy fence on both sides for added privacy
Pet fee is $75 for one dog and $50 for 2 dog. 2 dog max

Beautiful, very clean and well kept. Had all the amenities and more. Our stay was short and when leaving we have wished we had more time to enjoy the lake.
