Discover this delightful 1-bedroom gem in Reed City. This charming upper parth offers everything guests need for an awesome/relaxing home away from home stay. Amenities include things like a hair dryer, heating, AC, WiFi, and a washer/dryer machine, you'll feel right at home. The cozy bedroom provides a comfortable retreat to wake in the morning and have coffee on the balcony while listening to birds or the river, while the living room with a futon offers additional space for relaxation. The nook area, which I erlooks the river, offers a place for eating or if you are on a business trip an office space . You are within walking distance from local shops, restaurants and bars/brewery. The downtown area is only 1/4 mile away. The Rambadt Nature Park is easily accessible by walking. The park is a 33 acre community park. It contains a nature trail that connects to the Linear Park Purple Trail. This includes crossing the Hershey River via the "little Mac" bridge.
The family, couple or just if your exploring you will enjoy the CrossRoads theatre Guild and catch a great shows. There is a Historical Museum and Spring Valley Golf Course close to enjoy.
Cities within an hour include Big Rapids at 20 minutes, Clare is approximately an hour, Evart is 20 minutes and Cadillac is approximately 30 miles away.

It has the White Pine Trail and the Pere Marquette Trail. These are constructed along the original paths of the old north-south and east-west railroad lines.

This rental is ideal for a stay in Reed City. It is close to town and a short walk to some nice restaurants, scenic trails. Very nice, clean place with all the extras you would need such as stocked supplies, washer/dryer and a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot and great for biking layover. Reed City Brewing is a diamond in the rough for service, beer, and food. Our accommodations were clean and everything we needed. We'll be back

The rental is lovely. I enjoyed that I could walk to the downtown and enjoyed the covered bridge, nature trails and views of the river.
