The apt was nice. Beds were comfortable The futon was very uncomfortable. Victoria had snacks and water waiting for us when we arrived along with a welcome note.
The apt looked exactly like the pictures.
My only complaint is the apt wasn't clean. The floors hadn't been swept and the bathroom in the master bedroom wasn't clean. We arrived 3 am very tired l wanted to take a shower before going to bed but I couldn't because the bathtub was dirty. I sent Victoria a message right away and she responded a few hrs later. In her message she apologized and stated that she was sorry that the apt wasn't clean enough to my liking. If you are going to rent your apt it should be spotless. Know one wants to pay and stay in a dirty rental. She did send someone in to clean the master bathroom and sweep the living room, kitchen and bathroom floors that afternoon which was greatly appreciated.There is one TV in the apt which is in the living, she provided coffee and creamer which was great. My suggestion to Victoria is to make sure your cleaning crew is actually cleaning the entire apt before your guest arrive.
