The house was just as pictured…beautiful, clean, spacious, immaculate. Quiet, peaceful community. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, Grandover (for Brunch) & UNCG. I would rent again. My Sorority Sisters said the same. Owner very responsive and allowed us to check in a little early which was appreciated. We traveled from IL, GA & VA

We stayed at the property for one night with three aspiring college students. The Pearlitah is a beautiful property close to all things Greensboro including the college we were touring. The property is welcoming and comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out. The personal touches were top tier. As plant people, all the beautiful plants were just the right touch. We spoke goodness into them for the next guests that stay! :)We also appreciated the quick replies from the hosts. We would absolutely stay at the property again.

The property was as described and was very comfortable and clean!We attended the PGA tournament and the location was excellent! Also, very close to many restaurants!I would definitely stay there again!

Great one night stay. Appreciated the immediate communication. Adding a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom would be a great addition.
