This 2-storey townhouse has the following layout - Ground floor is the Kitchen, living and dining areas leading out to the back courtyard, 1st floor contains 1x full sized bathroom and 1x full bedroom with Queen bed along with the dedicated Office area/Study nook - Fibre is provided in the property for use during your stay.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it`s a 5-star hotel clean.
Carpark comes with an EV charger for Type 2 - please note a cable is not provided so you will need to bring your own should you wish to use the charger station

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

A very short walk to Hagley Park, Orangetheory stadium which hosts Sport`s games, Concerts and other functions. Bus stop close by - Orbiter, which allows you to get anywhere around town.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
