One private parking space is free. Ask about availability and the additional charge before using the EV charger. An exterior camera monitors the entrance.

The entire townhouse, courtyard and designated parking space are for your use. Stairs connect the two levels. The entrance has an exterior security camera.

5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
