250 m from the city center in a luxury building, this apartment is located in a beautiful, well-maintained residence, 7 minutes walk from rue d'Antibes.
Very close to the center of the Croisette, A FEW STEPS from the PALAIS des FESTIVALS, close to the Carré d'Or, restaurants, beaches, shops, bars and nightclubs. All shops, supermarkets and freelancers are located in the lower part and around the building.

With oven, microwave, new American fridge, espresso machine.
dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, 1 electric marble washer, vacuum cleaner, electric shoe shine.
A very bright room facing EAST in total CALM, with high quality bedding, very comfortable; Large built-in wardrobe
- A second bedroom with a 1.40 m/1.95 m BZ sofa to serve 1 or 2 extra beds.
- A 25 m² living room with leather sofa, marble dining table, equipped with TV (international channels), FREE WIFI
- Very nice bathroom with new shower.

We provide bed linen and towels, and everything you need for a good stay.
It can accommodate a maximum of 3 people,

This rental does not allow pets in order to preserve respect for hygiene and allergies for the following tenants.
Stays extend from Saturday to Saturday during the HIGH SEASON: . from the last week of June to the end of the 1st week of September. Based on bookings outside the high season, we rent MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS.

Jacqueline our host is a super lady who made us feel very welcome, always quick to respond before and during our stay to any enquiries. The apartment is superbly located - 12 minute walk the seafront yet in a quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!!!

Let me state the pro:
1. The communication with host is straight forward even though in different languages .
2. The host was very considerate for our unpredictable arrival time for the drive from Geneva to Cannes.
3. There were great neighbors and also sketchy ones who trying to offer help with our stuck cars (will explain later)
5. the host was prompt to fix the leaky AC lines.
Something to keep in mind:
1. The on-site parking was not included in booking with additional 10Euro per night
2. I strongly recommend be aware the difficult for North America drivers of parking there. Its ramp is very steep and narrow with low ceiling. I could not get the car out after first night. Then I opted to park my car in a garage across the street for 30-40EUR per night or on the street for free if I was lucky to find an empty spot
4. There are couple of tense moments with host, mostly due to misunderstanding or cultural differences, in my opinion. First when my car was stuck, she just kept pointing out different things to blame me even though I had no intention to blame anybody. Later there was old stain on the bed sheet we did not bother to report when seeing it. The host kept blame us again.
3. After such no-so-good exchanges, we opted to pay 100EUR for cleaning even though we did not cooking or just sleep in the apartment AND wiped clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Nice. Great location, easy to walk for the train station and a short and lovely walk to La Croisette and many restaurants and shops.
Nice large terrace to sit out on as well.
Jaqueline the host was lovely and very accommodating!
