Welcome to Turtle Cove at Lake of the Ozarks!
This stunning lakefront home has been beautifully remodeled with a contemporary and cozy feel. Located at the 18th mile marker of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks, this spacious split-level property features everything you'll want in a home away from home. Enjoy incredible lake views from every living space in the home.
The upper level of the home features a large open concept living room, kitchen, island bar and dining area, as well as the Primary bedroom suite. The lower level features two more roomy bedrooms, a full bathroom, the laundry room and another large family room with a sleeper sofa.
Both levels of the home offer spacious and relaxing outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. Along with plenty of seating, there is an outdoor dining set, fire pit table, BBQ grill, porch swing and a fabulous hot tub overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private dock where you’ll find another swing and a set of wet steps offering an easy swim off the dock. Whether you choose to swim, fish, sunbathe, picnic, catch a water taxi, catch a sunrise or simply enjoy relaxing, you are sure to have a great time!

Upstairs you will find the main living room with plenty of comfortable seating, natural lighting, and a large television mounted over an electric fireplace. It is adjoined with the dining area and kitchen and all lead to an open-air deck with the most breath-taking lake views. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot (Keurig pot and drip), pots & pans, dishes, utensils and pretty much anything you’ll need for on-site cooking. There is a dining table and seating around the island, as well as additional seating on the patio. A propane BBQ Grill is available on the deck as well as one propane tank and basic grilling utensils.
The primary suite is the only bedroom on the upper level and features a King size bed with lakeside views, smart TV, dresser, writing desk and a large closet with sitting area, along with an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The lower level features a spacious family room with power recliners, a sofa sleeper couch, large mounted smart television, and another electric fireplace. This space opens onto the lower patio and leads to the hot tub and more amazing views of the lake. We’ve also provided movies, books and plenty of games for your enjoyment.
Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas provide plenty of space for one of our two air mattresses (available upon request) for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Please let us know at the time you make reservations if the air mattresses are needed so we can provide the proper bedding required.
Bedroom #2 includes a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and a lakeside view
Bedroom #3 includes a King-size bed, smart TV, dresser, closet and a lakeside view
A Pack-n-Play is available for the little ones that might be visiting, you’ll just need to bring your own sheets and blankets.
There is a shared bathroom on the lower level that includes a tub/shower combo.
The laundry room, with washer, dryer and utility sink, is located on the lower level. You will find cleaning tools and products as well as a few beach towels (so if you need more than a few, please be sure to pack some extras).

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
In addition to the main deck on the upper level, there is a lower patio area that is covered and still offers the same stunning lake views. Plenty of seating is available, as well as a private hot tub which is serviced between every guest visit.
There is a private dock available for guest use but we are located just off the main channel and water can often get choppy and sometimes rough (particularly on weekends or holidays). For this reason we recommend guests do NOT use the boat slip or tie a boat or any watercraft up to the dock during these conditions. Guests are welcome to use the dock for fishing, swimming, lounging or catching a water-taxi but all activities should be enjoyed with rough water in mind and we highly recommend inexperienced or young swimmers wear life vests. Swimming is at your own risk.

The house was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, very spacious and had a lot of great extra amenities! Place was very clean and the owner was great to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here and may book again in the future myself.
