As we are yearly renters to the area, this home has a great location close to stores. The dock was a plus for our boys fishing, swimming, and place for boat. The owner was very helpful with the details needed for our stay. The 2nd day there, we noticed our bags were soaked. Older son found a leak downstairs, and the host was fast to come out and fix it. He was very pleasant. He kept us updated on when he'd be back with parts to fix leak and how long water would be off. Very nice folks.
Everything was picture perfect for our family vacation, and then the neighbors showed up at the dock we rented with the home and then the next day had taken it upon himself to dock his boat. He was awful. He yelled at my deaf autistic son bc he got a call to move his boat. He called the owner and said we tore things up and trash all over.. He was anything but pleasant. We sent pics to the owner that nothing was tore up or a mess. As well as took pics of home before we left. There was a bad vibe that made us uncomfortable being there. We couldn't enjoy the rest of our last trip that we hoped to do together, as our kids are all growing up and moving on with their own lives.
