Inside, enjoy three upstairs king suites, two lower-level bedrooms (including a bunk room with a king + bunks), a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, large balcony, and a private pool and gym. Perfect property for our group. 2 (of 5) bedrooms access from outside near pool deck. Initially thought that would be a detractor but does offer some privacy. Had power to run A/C even when grid was down for 2 days due to solar and battery backup. Kitchen had all the amenities we could have asked for including an ice machine. Coolers, snorkel gear, and beach chairs available for use. Could fit 3 jeeps in the driveway with small area to turn around, could fit more but would then need to back down the steep driveway (all roads steep in St. John). Pool perfect for kids.

Great location with the water access - was a highlight for our group of teenage boys. Our hosts were great when the a/c and ice maker didn’t work, fixing the issues in a very timely manner. The house had everything that we needed and was spotless when we arrived. We loved the snorkeling in Waterlemon and the view and vibe at The Windmill Bar. We will be back!!!

Amazing stay at Villa Seagate. Our family of 11 stayed to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. We all fit perfectly and were very comfortable. Anything that we needed addressed during our stay and even prior were addressed promptly. The house and views are beautiful and very close to town. We would definitely return.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa SeaGateOur group of eight had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa SeaGate on St. John. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and well-maintained the villa was—truly immaculate in every room. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for.The views are nothing short of spectacular. Whether it was morning coffee or sunset cocktails, we couldn’t get enough of the sweeping ocean vistas—they’re even better than the photos and made every day feel special.The amenities were outstanding and perfect for a group our size. The villa had everything we needed (and more), making it easy to relax, cook, gather, and enjoy the island without ever feeling crowded. Every detail seemed designed for comfort and convenience.Villa SeaGate was the perfect home base for our St. John adventure, and it played a huge role in making our trip so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and well-appointed place with jaw-dropping views. Shawn Kearney & Crew !!!
