You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. Blitz By The Beach, Condo 2227 is located on the 22nd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 registration fee on-site for 1 parking pass and 6 RFID armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

The condo was absolutely great and very clean. It was exactly as it was listed and even had several beach chairs and a fan for us that need it to sleep! The resort however is a different story. The pool was awesome but the elevators were so busy that we had to sometimes wait 20 minutes or more just to get on, and taking the stairs to the 22nd floor wasn’t an option. The staff at the resort were also very rude and seemed lazy. The host of this property was awesome!!
