Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Sunchaser, Condo 1729 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.

Sunchaser #1729 is a spacious 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This gorgeous condo will blow you away with all the details! A large wrap-around balcony gives you million-dollar views from east to west! You can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise and an evening drink while you watch the stunning sunsets over the Gulf. The 2 large master suite bedrooms both have king beds and an en-suite full bath. The main Master has the premium Purple Mattress sought after by many “mattress connoisseurs”. This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
