About this house rental
Stay in our spectacular home in the gated Reserve community. Up the hill on four private acres, with incredible views of Bear Lake. Access to amenities including two large swimming pools, splash pad, in ground hot tub, tennis courts, workout gym, clubhouse, BBQ and access to the Reserve private sandy beach! Sleeping for up to 40 guests, a private bullfrog hot tub, fire pit, swing set, pool table, games and arcades. The panoramic views will take your breath away! Adding more pictures soon.
The space
Amazing panoramic views overlooking Bear Lake. Beautiful, gated community with incredible amenities including two large swimming pools, water slide and splash pad for kids, BBQ area, outdoor lounge chairs, Tennis, pickleball and basketball court. Access to the near by Reserve private sandy beach with space to relax at the beach without the large summer crowds. Our house has plenty of outdoor space including a large parking lot in front of the house, a flat grass lawn in the backyard with a fire pit and swing set, a large covered deck overlooking the lake with tables and seating. Beneath the deck is a large cement pad where the private hot tub is located with some additional outdoor lounge chairs. The inside of the house has been updated with beautiful modern touches and decor. 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and sleeping for UpTo 40 guests. This is an amazing place to create lasting memories with your family and loved ones set in a beautiful private neighborhood with spectacular views of the mountains, lake and surrounding areas.
Guest access
Entire house access except areas labeled "private" which includes a storage room located underneath the garage and our cleaners maintenance closet. A key fob will be left for guests to grant access to all the Reserve amenities and Private Beach access. We will send the digital access code to the house the day of your check in.

Such a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake! The mattresses were comfortable and everything was high-quality in the home. I really liked how much parking there was, especially with room to back up and park a boat. Excellent stay!

Overall we had a really good time and enjoyed this place. Great view! Fun home in a great location. Beds were super comfortable with quality mattresses and linens. Pools were unavailable during our visit which was a big disappointment. The deck is incredible and there are many great places to gather. We were pleased to find a griddle on the deck that wasn’t in the listing but both the bbq and griddle had empty propane tanks - we refilled one and notified managers. Not a big deal. What I wished I had known before: The floors on the main floor squeak and are quite loud to those sleeping below. Found several spiders in the basement during our stay - probably normal for this time of year. Reserve beach is muddy and not worth it - there are much better public areas.

We had such a great time staying here. The house was clean and very comfortable. Lots of things to do at the house, the club house, in town and at the lake. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our stay! Our views were spectacular. The exclusive amenities, such as the pool, private beach, and sports court were great and we took advantage of them. The hosts were very responsive. When we brought up the carousel not working, they had someone to fix it within a few hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The bunk beds were larger than we expected, which was great for the different families that joined us. Loved having a kids playroom separate from the rest of the house as well!
