17 miles from Arrowhead Stadium! Over 1800 sq.ft. in this charming , modern farmhouse. The entire home is yours. Private driveway with ample parking. Large, beautiful trees surround the property. A large family room with a 75inch t.v. Spacing kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or back patio. Every bedroom has a smart tv. There is a work desk in the sitting room along with a queen sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area on the main level.

Large open kitchen and dining area. Stocked coffee bar. Kitchen stocked with all essentials and more.

2 Main floor full bathrooms, one off dining room and one off the mud room. supplied with toiletries. There is NO bathroom upstairs.

Other Things to Note:

This place was absolutely stunning! The house was built in 1908 but has been completely updated and it is perfect for a family to stay in! There were 6 of us and we had not troubles at all! They have anything you can think of provided for you. Beautiful front porch to sit and have your morning coffee on as well as a nice little patio in the back to have your cookout at. Communication with the host was spot on with very quick response time if we needed anything and super friendly! We go to KC every year and we will definitely be staying here again!

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with this property. The home was beautiful, sparkling clean, and extremely well equipped; the pictures don't do it justice. The owners were lovely, kind and responsive. Our stay was like a metaphorical hug. We will have family business in the area in the near future, and we can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Sheila!
