This beautiful, newly renovated cottage provides gorgeous, panoramic views of Southwest Harbor. Birds Eye View cottage is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk away from restaurants, shops, and breathtaking nature trails....all while being removed enough to be a peaceful oasis. Additionally, Acadia National Park is just a 15 minute commute by car. This cottage is a perfect romantic getaway, or vacation spot for a single family.

Everything was clean and comfy! Danielle was very thoughtful in preparing for our stay. We loved being close to our favorite spots on the island - Little Notch Bakery and Mount Acadia.

This house was perfect for my wife and I. It was out of the main hustle of Bar Harbor, but still very close to everything we wanted to do throughout our whole vacation. Having the fire ring outside was very nice, although the weather and busy days only allowed us to use it once. We were visited by multiple deer every morning and afternoon as well. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Acadia.

Great location on “the quiet side” of the island. Close to everything the Acadia area has to offer. Good food nearby in SW Harbor. Cabin was clean and just right for the two of us. We spent every morning and evening on the deck where we were greeted by deer each time. Host communicated well and with clear expectations for check-in and check-out. Enjoyed our stay!

The location was very convenient, just a short drive from Acadia National Park and several charming small towns. The property itself was peaceful and had beautiful views, making it a relaxing place to stay. The only small downside was that the mattress wasn’t as comfortable, and the pillows could have been a bit fuller and more supportive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
