Located two houses from the Sombrero Beach Main entry, you can swim at the beach and enjoy all the ocean wonders and the sounds of the ocean, and for the little ones, there are multiple playgrounds and volleyball courts. This home has Beach Chairs and Umbrellas included to bring to the beach.

85 feet of dockage with a min 6-foot draft. Plenty of room for your boat and water toys, jet skis, etc.
2 kayaks are included: a one-person kayak and a one-person fishing kayak
Corn Hole too.
Pack N Play, High Chair, and beach toys provided for the tiny ones.
Regular Drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided.
When walking into the house, you will be greeted with an open floor plan of the living room and state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen will feature Quartize countertops and all top-of-the-line stainless appliances, plus an extra beer and soda refrigerator!
Both the kitchen and the living room have 2-story windows with canal front views, which bring in lots of natural light.
On the first floor, it will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bunk and an additional twin bed and utilizes the hall bathroom, which is across from the Laundry area.
When you head upstairs, you will see two large master suites, one with an outdoor deck to view the ocean.
The master bedroom on the left side features a king bed with a seating area and an en suite bathroom.
The Second Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, a Queen-size bed, and an additional Twin.
This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just steps from Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise and never want to leave.
You have the option for a Mid-Week Cleaning on Wednesday or Thursday, your choice of the day, for an additional fee of $350.00.
Two boats, two trailers, and four vehicles will be allowed per stay. Home has surveillance cameras outside for your protection.
This home does allow longer than 7 nights at the owner's discretion. Ask the manager about your vacation.
Restaurants, shopping, and groceries are literally right down the street. Convenient to all that Marathon has to offer.
Pets are considered under 40 lbs

Very well located for visits to the beach and docking our rental pontoon boat. Our family of 2 young children and 7 adults found this to be just right for our 1 week stay. Kitchen and outdoor grill were great for preparing evening meals of fresh fish.

Great house across the street from one of the few beaches in the Keys, plus a park with volleyball. The house was clean and updated. Kayaks were great too!

We had a great trip to Marathon Key this past week. The house was beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful design, great decor and awesome floor plan. Private pool was really nice and we used the boat dock to head out to the local coral reefs for snorkeling several times. Super close to Sombrero Beach which was great for the little kids on our trip. Plenty of parking and a well-stocked house. Would highly recommend - great host and awesome location (super close to Publix as well for easy shopping).

We had a couple of things that did not work including one of the showers, the pool was super cold, the towel holders were falling out of walls in bathrooms, the outside garbage receptical had lose food thrown into it that smelled terrible, and the property managers were not accommodating to an hour later check out. The items listed that did not work were not fixed during the stay.
