This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is a half a mile from the picturesque Sombrero Beach.
Located on Sombrero Isle's Crystal Lagoon, this tropical oasis features ample deep water dockage and is minutes from Sister's Creek and a short trip to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico via the 7 mile bridge.
The lower level of this home offers a second living area with a pool table and separate bathroom and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds.
Enjoy afternoons in the crystal clear oversized pool or bring your boat for fishing and snorkeling trips off our plentiful coral reefs.
Boat lift is not for guest use.

The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We absolutely enjoyed this house. The best part was the heated pool and the water view. It was nice to have a fridge near the pool and the ice maker was great. Kayaking around the nearby canals was so much fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the oven/microwave worked well. One morning we baked cinnamon rolls. Clean home and about a 5 minute walk to sombrero beach and the park. Lots of room for the family. We recommend renting this house 100%!

WE had high expectations but they were exceeded in every way. House, location and amenities were all better than our expectations

Kitchen is poorly equipped…house sleeps 10, but only has 4 coffee cups. No true oven. Bathroom showers were not well cleaned.Property had large amounts of trash left on the side of the home.
