About this house rental
Semi-detached house in a beautiful, tree-lined villa, a 300-meter walk from the sea. Ideal for 6 people—perfect for family vacations or for 2 couples with children. The property features 2 separate areas that offer both privacy and a welcoming atmosphere: a shared terrace and kitchen.

The accommodation
Accommodation consisting of 2 separate living spaces (each with a bathroom and toilet) connected by an interior door as well as by the terrace; both feature reversible air conditioning.
Left side: One-bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 (1 bedroom on the first floor and a pull-out bed on the mezzanine), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, etc.) open to the dining area, 1 small mezzanine (pull-out bed).
Right side: Studio with a large mezzanine sleeping 4 (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 living room with TV and a 140-bed sofa bed (total capacity of 10 guests on occasion).
Both areas open onto a large, private, sun-drenched terrace of 70 m² shaded by cork oak trees, with all the amenities needed for relaxation (hot tub, barbecue, and patio furniture).
1 private, secure parking space available within the villa grounds (gated and locked) with free outdoor parking.
Ideal for 6 guests; can accommodate up to 8 if there are children, or even 10 with a sofa bed in the living room for an additional 10€ per night per person.
Bonus:
Several surfboards, a stand-up paddleboard, and 5 bicycles are available to borrow (see photos; additional deposit required)
