This office apartment located in a partly industrial area has an excellent location for those who want to live close to salty baths and Kungshamn's center. Feel free to take a trip around Kungshamn's all the piers and boathouses, maybe a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to sit on the balcony and enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as fresh shrimp, crayfish or a well-filled crab. The apartment is also ideal for those who want to discover the sea on their own, it is possible to bring your own kayak. From the ground floor you take the stairs up to the second floor where you choose the first entrance door to the right, once inside you are met by a nice open floor plan. The apartment has large open generousareas straight through the apartment out to sea, starting with a larger hall area, then transitioning into a large open kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, then dining group and a living area with a large comfortable sofa and TV. From the living room you reach the balcony where you can enjoy fantastic sea views and evening sun. The apartment has fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with additional bathing places as well as coastal paths and roads overlooking the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look below the sea surface, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the lighthouse Hållö or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and archipelago environment on the now world-famous pier with bustling street life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet about 80 of the world's endangered animals. There you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest cat, the Amur tiger.
