Welcome to this very fresh apartment with a sea view, here you can enjoy the sun, swimming and all kinds of boats that pass on the sea outside. This office apartment located in a partially industrial area has an excellent location for those who want to live near salty baths and the center of Kungshamn. Feel free to take a walk around all of Kungshamn's piers and boathouses, perhaps a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to sit on the balcony and enjoy the delicacies of the sea, such as fresh prawns, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. The apartment is also perfect for those of you who want to discover the sea on your own, it is fine to bring your own kayak. From the ground floor you take the stairs up to the second floor where you choose the entrance door on the far right, once inside you are met by a small hall and a staircase that leads up to the apartment on the third floor. The apartment has large open generous areas right through the apartment towards the sea, starting with a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), then transitioning into a large open kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, then a dining area and a living room with a large comfortable sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with two single beds in one and a double bed in the other. One of the bedrooms has a glass partition facing the living room. From the living room you reach the balcony where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view and evening sun. The apartment has fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look under the surface of the sea, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger.
