This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 8, but with enough space and function for people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students can find refuge utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.

Having a spacious kitchen and living room gives larger groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or have some fun in the backyard!
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the large dining table.

The main floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bath. The upper level features a master ensuite with a King bed. As well as two other large bedrooms with queen beds, an additional full bathroom. The living room also boasts a comfortable queen sized pull out couch. Bedrooms are equipped with bright lightning and plenty of closet space.
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large fully furnished patio and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. Approved pets are welcome!

Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
Other Things to Note
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We only provide supplies to get you through 3-4 days. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Security Cam's
Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (1 pet maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway for two cars and garage parking available on request, with a maximum of three cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

This was our third visit to this property, that alone speaks volumes! The home is beautiful, spacious and close to everything. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The kids can play in the living room while dad cooks and mom sits in the dinning room drinking tea, yet all together in one space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The patio is a nice spot to end the evening with a glass of wine. It's the perfect size with table and chairs. I like everything about this property and always feel as if I'm home. The one thing that I love the most is the interaction with Anusha. She responds promptly, she's professional with a healthy sprinkle of friendliness and doesn't just interact, she gets the job done, promptly!! This has become our only option for lodging when we come to visit our grandson. We have stayed in many Vrbo's around the country and this is our all time favorite!!

I was very pleased to be able to take my dog. The house was quiet. The main bedroom needs blackout drapes. Also the hvac system was set at 70 and could not be adjusted which is warm for sleeping to me. The area would be great if you were using the whitewater training camp but nothing else is close. The house was slightly grimy and needs a thorough cleaning. There was food on the floor in the kitchen from a previous visitor. Also the contract I received from the host wasn’t sent until the last minute and then it was wrong. It added undue stress to the trip.
