- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 9, sleeps 8 people in beds (3 King beds, 1 Queen bed) If you are looking for more space, this home can be rented with 2 other units onsite for a total of 7 bedrooms.
- The home has multiple stories as you navigate from the driveway to the sand, with no elevator, so this home may not be suitable for everyone.
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- This property is NOT pet-friendly.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS

Great family home with equal amounts of shared space and private space. 15 min from Legoland!

Great view of beach both north and south, but the property is extremely dated with window coverings that don’t quite work, scratched skillets / pans, had to call to figure out how to get in, where the laundry was (shared laundry downstairs with different access code that was not provided), etc.
